So, BBB got back to me. And HP will have until Feburary 8 to respond.

Let's see what it's going to happen to my half-functioning computer.

Very tired. Working late in my office to finish my scholarship application essay. Will have to grade a pile of student homework. Statistics assignment, methodology paper... all that.
