Went hiking in El Dorado last Saturday. It was great fun. Just that my knees were shaking on the way back...

Got to go to the gym and train them better.

Went to Denver to pick up a friend from Amtrak yesterday. Then we went to have dim sum -- my first time in Denver. :)

It was hailing for at least 30 minutes around 1pm. Only got to know today it had several tornadoes touching down in Denver.
