This is the third day already. Graduation. My neighbors play whatever kind of musical instruments at 2am or later.

Or they're out there having parties from 10am. And now, a group of them are f--king, again.

I just don't know what kind of education and what kind of a culture can nurture graduates like these. My neighbors are graduate students.
