Nightmare...

This is my first time to have a nightmare about my father. I was very angry. He turned on the TV very loud when I was sleeping. And I couldn't sleep anymore. I was deprived of sleep.

This happened so many times all these years. I was always angry. The TV's on all the time. No matter when I was sleeping, reading, studying, working... No one cares.

I need to think about anger. Was reading about emotional development last week...

The snow this morning was very beautiful. The flake is a big star. It's like a soft layer of sponge on my car. :)
